How long does shipping take?
Shipping of all our products are from our Queensland warehouse. East Coast shipping typically takes 2–4 business days on Road Express.
Will the bike fit in my car?
Yes! The GolfEbikes were custom made to fold down and fit in a standard car boot.
Does the bike come assembled?
GolfEbikes come almost completely assembled in the box. All of the electronics are connected. You only need to attach the handlebars, thread in the pedals and insert the seat tube.
Can I ride on the road?
You must follow the bicycle road rules and obey the general road rules. You don’t need a licence to ride an electric bike and they don’t need registration or compulsory third-party insurance.
Does it come with a sand holder?
Sand holder is included in assembly.
What warranty do I get?
Do I need to do any regular maintenance?
